Elmolvzu's Travel Guide Notes
For my husband and my first year anniversary we went to the Kentucky Horse Park. It was a wonderful experience. We rode on a horse drawn buggy to tour the park. The buggy was pulled by Clydesdale horses, they were extremely beautiful creatures. The tour was very informative. The Horse Park is home to some of the retired race horses. Then we toured the museum, which is filled with antique buggies and various horse related stuff. We ate kettle corn, which we got to see being made in a huge kettle. While we were there they had a man who had hand carved various things from wood, so we purchased an Indian bust. It was a wonderful trip and I would recommend it to not only couples but, also to families or anyone who might have a love of horses.
