Maybe this isn’t the most authentic restaurant to go to while visiting another country, but it is the original Hard Rock, and sometimes it’s just easier to eat at a familiar place when you’ve got kids. They do know how to make a good burger, though, and it was a fun atmosphere to relax and talk about everything we had seen and done so far. We went down to The Vault after dinner; it’s pretty cool if you’re a music buff. John Lennon’s hand-written lyrics of “Imagine” and one of Jimi Hendrix’s guitars are on display. Lots of rock-n-roll paraphernalia to ogle.
