Moving Monument to Veterans

I was fortunate enough to visit this memorial on the night of its dedication as a young student and the sight of it moved me to tears. The memorial is artfully arranged to make you feel as though you are on the ground with these brave men and the effects of the lighting at nighttime only contribute to the eeriness. This is one of my favorite memorials in the city.
