"This was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Have you seen the movie “My Cousin Vinny”? It was like that. Everytime I tried to sleep something else woke me up; Slamming doors from the stairwell, A train, the alarm in the next room (which was unoccupied). On top of this the service was terrible. I still have not received a response from my customer feedback but I doubt there is much they could do to retain me as a customer."
