"Arrived at Airport, called Best Miami Hotel for shuttle, waited over 2 hours to be picked up and they really just didn't care. Got to hotel at 4:00 pm, check-in time at 3:00 pm, room was not ready and had to wait another hour. They said they put me on the 1st shuttle to the port of Miami the next day, guess what they didn't. Had to wait for the 2nd shuttle which was 1/2 late, and they did not have enough room for every guest and their luggage to get to the port. Have to leave several people behind. Web page said they had a resturant and bar, WRONG!! From the first I arrived at the airport until I got to the port this experience was HORRIBLE, and I spoke to other guest while there and they all felt the same way. BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL, TRUST ME CHOOSE ANOTHER PLACE TO HANG YOUR HAT."
