Location. The Shelborne Beach Resort in the Art Deco District of Miami Beach, Fla., sits adjacent to South Beach. Two blocks away are the Miami Beach Convention Center and the shopping and entertainment of Lincoln Road. Miami City Ballet and the Bass Museum of Art are four blocks from the property built in 1940. The Miami Beach Golf Club is one and one half mile away.
Hotel Features. The Terrace Café provides pool views and serves international cuisine. Poolside, the Sun and Shade bar offers various beverages. Meeting space is provided. A fitness center and outdoor pool with a fountain are featured. Poolside cabanas are available. The resort offers a salon.
Guestrooms. Designed with Art Deco décor, the more than 200 rooms tout blonde hardwood floors. Cable television and in room safes, for a fee, are provided. Each room is equipped with a kitchenette.
