The wine cellar also serves Chef Joseph Trevino’s Dux. Palates are more than satisfied by Trevino’s veal tenderloin that comes wrapped in applewood-smoked bacon and served with a Florida citrus-scented gnocchi that is a meal in itself. The menu changes weekly (cross your fingers for the green tomato gazpacho, a signature chilled delight), but the passion for the freshest ingredients never wavers at this Mediterranean masterpiece.
