had high hopes when I checked into the Bellagio in March of this year. I had long admired the gorgeous conservatory and enjoyed eating at many of their restaurants over the years. I recall that when the Bellagio first opened, if you looked slightly confused, someone from their staff would come over and personally direct to your destination. People who stayed raved about the spa and the customer service. Whenever I traveled to Vegas, I would take the time to visit the conservatory and watch the water show that still fascinated me several years later.
Imagine my dismay after checking into this acclaimed hotel and being slightly letdown. I expected the rooms to be slightly smaller, so that was not the issue. The room was a bit dark for my taste. There were dark furnishings, the duvets were
