Worth leaving the strip

I am a huge Roys fan but this one in terms of customer service is the best. The staff is knowledgable and are patient with any questions you may have concerning the menu or drinks. A friend and I had gone to Roys twice in one week and on the second visit the waiter and bartender not only recalled who we were but remembered the type of wine/cocktail we had a few nights ago.

The short ribs at Roys are melt in your mouth tender and flavorful. If the butterfish is on the menu I stongly recommend it. Roy’s does seafood really really well. Everything is always perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. And make sure you leave room for their chocolate souffle. Their souffle is worth the extra calories. The Carmel Macadamia Almond Tart is also good.
