Stay far far away

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Even if the condo units were five-star, I would never recommend this timeshare to anyone due to their extremely poor customer service. We went last summer and there were 16 of us checking into six units. Upon arrival, there were dozens of patrons waiting to check in, as the complex was severely overbooked. While we were here for a timeshare presentation (five days/four nights for $199) and it didn’t leave the best impression; it was worse if you owned a timeshare. You would think they would have at least been accommodating to their timeshare owners. Even for them, there was no relief as they were told there was no room for them either and they would be walked to the Days Inn next door, which was in no way a comparable accommodation. When it was finally our turn, they could not find our reservations and informed us we would need to call headquarters. This was despite having our confirmation numbers and paperwork with us. After an hour and a half, we were finally assigned rooms with one group having to go to another property, which was 20 minutes away. When I arrived at my room, the mini fridge was open with dirty towels thrown in front of it! We had to call housekeeping to come clean the room. My cousin’s unit was very nice and spacious with decent furnishings and a screened-in patio. If you like ‘70s laminate furniture, then this is the place for you. In the ‘70s, the expanse of pale pink laminate and pink marble sunken tub would have been the height of luxury; now it’s merely tired and slightly tacky.

The pool area was nice. The plus for this location is the large rooms and proximity to Disney. The poor customer service and lack of rooms for timeshare owners would make me think twice about staying here again, much less purchasing a unit from this resort.
