Nice
"Nice was nice but nothing amazing. Now I only spent a couple of days there so don't use my opinion to sway your trip. Do your research before you go. But anyway, Nice was pretty nice. The city was big, but had a small town feel. The oceanfront was very very beautiful, but don't expect much from the beach. Like much of the Mediterranean coast there was no sand. The beaches here are made of small rocks. But it was still nice to stroll down the beach in front of the luxury hotels. One thing I would recommend doing while in Nice is going up to the top of the highest hill in the city. Atop this hill there are ancient ruins of a Roman settlement, and then more ruins of a very old church. The walkways on this hill were very beautiful to walk around on. From the pathways near the top you can get an amazing view over all of Nice. I'll post some pictures so you know what I mean.
