Fantastic and innovative restaurant. Nicholas Vagnon will excite even jaded palates with his French country/Japanese take on the fruits of the sea. The menu changes daily in this gem. There is a very small artisinal wine list. Go with Nicholas’ suggestions, as he has one of the most instinctive and amazing senses of taste on the planet. As such smoking is not permitted.
