Tender veal medallions in a hearty sauce with a green asparagus salad is a delicious follow-up to the fresh baked Maine lobster with a green pea puree on lobster bisque. When available, sautéed breast of squab on parsnip puree with grilled mushrooms & mixed truffle sauce is mouthwatering. Clear the palette with orange sorbet splashed with a dash of vodka. Then choose from beef, snapper, duck, & wild boar entrees. Finish with a Bailey’s Irish Cream soufflé topped with mocha chocolate chip crème fraiche.
