Location. The Victorian influenced King’s Hotel First Class is centrally located within a kilometre of the main train station, historic old town, and the vibrant Marienplatz. Munich Franz Josef Strauss Airport is 40 kilometres away, around 40 minutes by car.
Hotel Features. Victorian style decor is accented by original artwork in the hotel’s wood panelled lobby, which has a bar and features a raised platform showcasing an old fashioned shoe shine service. The hotel has two conference rooms, seating up to 45 people. And guests can browse complimentary newspapers in the lobby; wireless Internet is available in all public areas (surcharge). Expert Tip. Tram 17 stops in front of the main train station 200 metres away, and goes to Nymphenburg castle, the summer palace of the Wittelsbach family, who ruled Bavaria for over 600 years. Visitors exit the tram at the Nymphenburg stop and can walk alongside the man made canals which lead up to the expansive palace grounds.
