Lobster Tails
The Lobster Tail from Mike's Pastry was recommended by lots of people standing in the long line. Boy was that a good recommendation. The Lobster tail is baked in a shape that looks something like a lobster tail but is filled with a really lite cream. It almost taste like ice cream but it is more of the consistency of cool whip. The cream was cool when we purchased it, but on a hot day it will not stay that way. Even so, the cream did not melt.
