Pierre Gagnaire

Pierre Gagnaire balances flavors, temperatures, and textures better than any other chef I have tasted. His food is exhilerating. The service gets an A, for being attentive, knowledgable, and pleasant without being too friendly. The wine is superb if not extremely deep.
