The music here is right on the spot

Le Fleche D’or is one of my favorite places to see live music. Its one of those places that looks less like it was put planned and put together and more like it grew organically. La fleche d’or was previously an old train station. In fact if you are sitting in the glassed in back room, which serves as the restaurant dining room, you can see directly the train tracks that used to run right out of the station. The corwd here is eclectic. The reggae and world music is for real. One of the best things I saw here was a blind Senegalese singer/rapper. The crowd was heavy in and vibe was right on. Incidentally the DJs in before and in between acts are amazing. Great house music.
