Super (Again!)

This was the fourth time I’ve been to Chez Nous and it was great as usual. The menu this time seemed to have a slightly middle eastern flair to the french foundation. I remarked to my companion that it was impressive that they pulled it off without seeming gimicky or scattered. Duck confit with some moroccan spice was excellent.

One little complaint is that while the wine list is short with some pretty good selections a few are wildly overpriced. The have a portugese red that RETAILS for $6.50. Its on their menu for nearly $30. Every wine is marked up way over 2X retail. I’ll bring my own bottle next time.

There will be a next time very soon because the food is money.
