Baraka
MorocoFrenchSpaish Twist
Not a bad little joint. Prices are moderate. The wine list could use some work although there are some nice bottles. Its just that some are mis categorized or missing certain elements like the producer’s name.
I really enjoyed the chicken tagine with preserved lemons and green olives. The lamb kabobs we also very good. Really high quality lamb, cooked perfectly. Its a dish that is routinely average at worse at many places. Nice thick fries with harissa aioli. good prawn avocado mango ceviche.
If I’m in the hood I would probably eat there again but might not seek it out with so many other great places to try in SF
Service was really slow at first but completely friendly. They recognized the slow start and brought us some nice muscat for desert. bonus points for that.
Prices are reasonable. Most entrees under 20. the tagine has $16
