Canyonlands National Park
Canyonlands is worth a visit
Nearby Arches National Park seems to get more attention, but I must say I was more impressed with Canyonlands. Spectacular views and plenty of hiking trails. Unfortunately, on the day I visited, the weather wasn't great and I was running short on time, but I've made a mental note to return some day. If you're looking for lodging, Moab (30 to 50 miles away, depending on which park entrance you use) is the closest thing around.Reviewed on: December 08, 2007
