"Most of the time I can think of something good to say about something. there’s only one good thing I can say about this place at all. If you ever get stuck here and bumped from your flight, do ask for a voucher for your ticket, and to be comped a room. if you only get the voucher, or if you get nothing like I did, write a complaint to customer service. I got bumped, they did not have enough blankets, they did not want me in their regular line because my flight had been booked by another 2nd party. When I tried to call the other 2nd party, the line was dead. I completely lost it after that due to lack of service. I did not get comped a room, no voucher, nothing. No blanket till two am. The only good thing was a kind nice floor sweeper was coming by, and noticed that I didn’t have a blanket, and proceeded to get me one. Someone had tried to get me on a flight to LA, as well so I could be closer to home, but that didn’t work whatsoever. I was stuck overnight. Everything closed by 10:00pm, and I was stuck wandering the whole closed down terminal all night long. (It all shuts down, no night life like in the city.) They woke us all up at 6:00am amd made us give up our blankets. You would think they didn’t care about people the way this flight went. The voucher I got later on by filing a complaint, only covered for food spent. I decided if I am ever stuck there again, I am fighting with them for either a fully comped ticket or a room because I know what a bad place this is. By the way, I do want to state that this was an almost all flights cancelled situation. They could have handled it better, and I hope it’s a lesson learned for them."
