But don’t assume that Mirai is all style and no substance. This trendy boite is known for some of the most exquisite fish in the city, and the sushi here is good enough to rival anything you’ll find on the coast. Black-clad servers ferry platters of velvety tuna, buttery amberjack and beautifully prepared specialty rolls. Signature cocktails are spendy, but The Red One offers the perfect balance between sweet and sour thanks to its tart mix of fruit juices and powdered sugar rim.
