Narcisse is a swanky, upscale club where patrons dressed to the nines settle in for a romantic dinner or just stop by for caviar and champagne. Low-lit rooms filled with rich reds and golds are great for dates, though the loud music can make those sweet nothings she’s whispering a little hard to hear.
