"This is one of Pilsen’s best known and most loved restaurants, so the lines are always ridiculously long. But so long as you can deal with the wait, Nuevo Leon is actually a pretty great brunch place. I love the huevos rancheros and chilaquiles. Walls are covered in vibrant murals and service is fast, efficient, but not too friendly (chalk that up to the fact that it’s always slammed). Defintiely recommend."
