"This bustling noodle shop is right by my old Blue Line stop in Wicker Park. Penny’s always seems to pack in the crowds, so I swung by one night to pick up dinner. What a disappointment. This is glorified, overpriced Ramen. I could pick up a 35-cent pack of noodles, buy a bag of frozen veggies, and make myself the same exact meal for one quarter of the price."
