Overall great hotel, nice location
This hotel is located in a prime location. Situated in downtown and within easy walking distance to a plethora of shops and eateries. Hotel is stocked with the kind of standard amenities you’d expect in a big city- free internet, hospitality bar, brand name shampoo/soap/etc. “Honeymoon suite” is gigantic with impressively breathtaking views of the city. When we stayed here, the hotel accidently gave away a friend’s suite. They made it right and sent up a fruit and cheese platter for them. Mistakes can happen, but the way service industries deal with them are what leave memories, good or bad.
