Great experience here

This is the hotel family and friends stayed at for our wedding (and my wife the night before the big day). We visited and met with a whole slew of hotels in the area because my wife is a perfectionist and wanted both the best value for our guests and the best looking for aesthetic appeal (no tacky decor or run-down looking buildings). It’s located amidst many other hotels in a prime location right off of the thruway, I-90. Plenty of food options whether you choose the hotel restaurant (they have a snazzy Sunday brunch) or near-by stand alone establishments. Overall value is great. Tastefully decorated rooms. Friendly, professional staff. Ample parking. Typical hotel amenities including pool, fitness room, free internet access, etc. Not that it would affect a traveler just looking for a room to spend the night, but they did a superb job hosting our rehearsal dinner. They were the only hotel we visited in the area willing and enthusiastic about going along with our desired luau theme. Not only did they develop a terrific tropical menu, but they pulled out the stops with decorations, really setting the scene and giving us what we imagined. This is just an example of how the staff went above and beyond.
