Camp Santanoni
Historic Adirondak Camp
Large classic Adirondak camp located in Newcomb, NY. Oft visited by outdoorsman President Theodore Roosevelt in his heyday, this camp offers hiking and cross country ski trails to it’s visitors. Wagon rides available in the summer for those who want to view the camp without the exercise. It was a good hike in an area full of history, but I enjoyed the nearby hiking at the Visitor’s Interpretive Center a bit better for it’s deep woods experience.
