"This is the oldest bar in Dublin and they don’t let you forget it. Built in 1198 the original room is small and we had a pint and a bowl of lamb stew. Moved over to check out the newer area that was not so new. Sat at the bar and the jolly old man working behind it made me drink a cup of Jamison to ease my sadness of going home the next day. He also gave me a hug before I left. If you go chat with the people behind the bar rather than the tourist buying 1198 t-shirts."
