"It definately depends on your company whether or not you would enjoy the Red Garter. While it’s true that my Contiki crew could have made a pile of dirt fun, I probably wouldn’t have enjoyed this bar if it weren’t for the people I was with. We went on karaoke night where we sang our favorites of American hits, but I would have much preferred a night at an authentic hangout over the time I spent here. Perhaps that’s why I left the bar early to explore the beautiful Firenze at night. But to it’s credit, the Red Garter is a well-run bar that has the potential to make some tired traveller feel at home."
