The Ariston Hotel, near the Duomo, offers uncluttered guest rooms, a breakfast buffet prepared with organic ingredients, and bicycles that you can borrow for an environmentally friendly (and fun!) tour of the city. The hotel used natural or non-toxic products in its building materials, mattresses and paints. Cleaning products are strictly biodegradable and the hotel only uses recycled paper.
