Location. The Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa in Fort Myers, Fla., is nestled on a private peninsula overlooking the Sanibel and Captiva Islands. The resort is located where the Caloosahatchee River meets Sanibel Harbour, one mile from Sanibel Island.
Features. This 85 acre seaside resort is comprised of a main hotel building, the Grande Bay building and separate waterfront condominium buildings. Three restaurants, a cabana bar, poolside bar and grille, sunset dinner cruises and a bakery offer dining options ranging from steak and seafood to gelato and specialty cocktails. Room service is also available. The resort’s business center features computers with complimentary high speed Internet access, photocopy services, supplies and a helpful staff. Ballrooms and meeting rooms with complimentary high speed Internet access, and outdoor function space are available for corporate functions, receptions and banquets. Catering service is available. Guestrooms. Condominiums offer living rooms with sofa beds, fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators and dishwashers and dining rooms. Two televisions with cable channels are provided. Screened in lanais overlook the bay. All condos feature washers and dryers. Hotel guestrooms feature furnished balconies or screened in lanais with river, harbor or resort views. The Grande Bay deluxe suites offer private concierge services, personalized pool services, and high tea and a nightly cocktail reception hosted in the Grande Bay lobby. Private balconies in the suites feature views of endless waterways and mangrove preserves.
