Bryce Canyon National Park
alien landscape
This may be the strangest looking place I’ve ever been. Thousands of years of erosion have created massive, multi-colored rock formations called hoodoos which seem to rise out of the ground. The best way to describe them is to think of the rock formations you see inside of caves, except some of them are hundreds of feet high. The park has lots of viewpoints along the rim of the canyon and there are plenty of hiking trails for those who have the time and are interested in seeing the hoodoos from a different perspective. Well worth a visit.
