Hotel Indigo
Pleasant Surprise
My trip in April 2007 was the first time I'd stayed in one of InterContinental's Hotel Indigo properties. It was such a positive experience that I'll definitely be looking for another Hotel Indigo in the future. My room probably felt less like a hotel than any other room I've stayed in. It felt much more like staying in someone's guesthouse. From the hardwood floors to the brightly colored furniture and fabrics, Hotel Indigo does a great job of making you forget you're in a hotel. My room had an entranceway; a sitting room with loveseat, coffee table and TV in hutch; and bedroom with desk and another TV. The bathroom had the shower and toilet in a separate section than the sink and closet. The room had a real hairdryer, not the kind that are attached to the wall. The location is conveniently in downtown and they offer free shuttle service within three miles of the hotel. I highly recommend the Hotel Indigo Dallas as a nice, yet affordable option.Reviewed on: May 20, 2007
