"Wedding Planner"/"Caterer"
Mrs O' is a self-proclaimed "wedding planner"/"caterer" who makes many promises she does not keep and is not professional. Food was lukewarm and overcooked, and half of it was cheaper institutional quality. She didn't even have water, salt and pepper available. She made derogatory comments to guests. She didn't bring the sparkling grape juice as promised; the bride and groom had to toast with water! She gave a self-appointed speech deprecating the bride and groom, maybe in an attempt to pass the blame for her own shoddy service or lack thereof.
