"What an amazing place. The origional Brookville Hotel was in Brookville, KS. Due to sewage issues in the town they built a replica of the building in Abilene and brought their family style chicken dinners there. They are known for their chicken of course and also their cole slaw and creamed corn. Great for special occassions. I would highly recommend reservations if you are going to be there for a holiday or other special occassion. You get fried chicken, mashed potatoes, cole slaw, creamed corn, biscuits and ice cream for dessert."
