Good value single rooms in June and July
These student residences are let out over the summer holidays. The buildings sit in landscapted gardens. In early Summer 2006 I paid £20 for a single room with shared bathroom. The rooms are quite comfortable. with a sink and a kettle but no TV. Good location close to Arthurs Seat on Holyrood Park. You can walk to city centre in around 20 minutes. Free parking also available. Breakfast is self service and a there is a good choice.
