Ruth's Chris Steak House - Boston

Best ribeye I ever have

I ate the best ribey at the Ruth’s Chris Steak Hourse in Boston. The steak was aged, and very favorable. However they were unable to get to the exact or correct temperature. Sometimes they can be a little undercook or overcook, due to the fact that they cook it in an extremely high temperature oven to lock the moist/favor in the steak. The plates they place the steaks on are store in a very high temperature plate warmer, so do not touch the plate when they bring the dishes out because you do not want to get burn.
