Highlands Bar & Grill
Fantastic
This is by far my favorite restaurant in Birmingham. It also happens to be the most expensive, so there ya go. But if you’re in the mood to splurge, it is so worth it. Frank Stitt is a phenomonal Southern chef who cooks awesome food with a French influence. This restaurant was once on Gourmet Magazine’s Top 5 restaurants in the U.S., and you’ll find out why if you go here. Whatever you do, get the grits. The atmosphere and decor are great, too.
