Sunset Key Guest Cottages

beautiful

the sunset key cottages – now actually owned by westin hotels, not hilton – are absolutely perfect. the private island is just a few minutes from key west…the beach is small, but gorgeous. i didn’t actually stay in the cottages, but went over for the day to hang out on the beach and eat at the restaurant, latitudes (very good – gorgeous views). the island is private – only cottage guests are allowed to go, with the exception of people who are staying at the the westin resort and marina in key west (again, formerly the hilton), which i was. there is a wonderful staff that caters to your every whim, and the cottages just couldn’t be any more picturesque. i’m sure it’s the perfect way to go to key west with little kids.
