It has its moments

Springfield Brewing Company can be tons of fun. It’s laid-back, big, has a good atmosphere, several pool tables and the bar food is above-average. However the service can seriously suck sometimes, especially when it’s busy. It’s a lot better if you sit downstairs. However the action happens upstairs, so take your pick. The crowd is a nice mix of college students, downtown business people, attractive twentysomethings and boho-hipsters. There’s also live music, which is usually pretty good. It’s a great place for a relaxed night out with a group of friends (especially on Funday Sunday – if you don’t know what that is, go find out), just be prepared to be frustrated with your server.
