Mercado Juarez
Tex-Mex
We like going here with the friends. It is hidden, we would have never foound it on our own. It is never busy when we go, but the food is so yummy! Try the appetizer queso con fundido. Its good.

Will check it out when in Arlington. It sounds yummy, what does it consist of?
Queso con fundido is a chorizo and cheese mixture. They put a shot of alcohol on top and light it on fire melting it all up. You take a spoonfull and put it in a flour tortilla...Enjoy. We get it every time.

Em! delicious, its making my mouth water. Living the other end of the Atlantic,'chorizo' is a foreign word to me; unable to find it in the Dictionary. How would you define it? Is it some kind of pea or cereal?
