They refused us a refund but we left anywayI could go on for paragraphs about how ridiculous our experience was. I'll offer the highlights. You may call and be told, 'yes' to questions about hairdryers, coffee makers, toiletries...all lies. Don't try to check in after 4:00, because their office is closed. It took us nearly two hours to get a call back from the after hours staff so that we could get our key. Bedrooms are conveniently located at the front of the unit, so you can enjoy noise all night (as a bonus, we were placed right by the elevator). Oh, and the furnaces are actually IN the bedrooms lending further to sleep deprivation. Ask for basics like shampoo or soap, you'll be told 'no'. The tile floors were so filthy that our feet turned black if we walked around barefoot inside (which was just delightful after paying the nonrefundable cleaning deposit that we didn’t know about until we tried to check in). Don't expect to cook as there aren't enough pans to cook much other than breakfast. Important note; their website 'implies' it's on the beach…it's not. Did I mention no internet access either? I could go on and on. It was the worst vacation experience we've ever had. We ate over $300 and stayed elsewhere for the remainder of our trip.
