Pizza in Korea

This is a topic very close to my heart! Pizza is my favorite food, and it's always fun to test it in different countries!
For the most part, pizza in Korea is the thick-crust kind. There are American chains like Pizza Hut, Papa John's, and Dominos here, although they tend to be a little bit more expensive. There are also Korean chains like Mr. Pizza (motto: "Made for Women." HAHAHA!) and Pizzaro. I think Papa John's is the best of all of them, but all are pretty good! They have the usual cheese-stuffed crust, but the special Korean type of pizza is "Rich Gold." The crust is stuffed with cheese and mashed sweet potato! A bit strange at first, but it's really good! They also have potato pizza, which has slices of roasted potatoes on it. Once, we had a pizza with green tea crust, too!

Oh wow… the green tea crust sounds interesting.  How did it taste??

It was good, but you couldn’t really taste the green tea. I think the toppings overpowered the flavor of the crust. Which is okay, because I don’t like green tea stuff that much! I always want to get green tea pastries or ice cream, because they’re a pretty color, but then I remember that it tastes like grass!
