Beautiful buildings in the square!
This is a really nice, big outdoor square in Brussels. You’ll probably find a lot of postcards with pictures of the square, because the buildings are really nice. There’s the town hall and the King’s House, which has a museum inside. There are also cafes in the square, and often activities going on. When I was there, there was a children’s scarecrow-building contest! It’s a really big square, right in the middle of the downtown shopping area. it’s perfect for eating some chocolate or having a cup of coffee and relaxing, so that you can get a longer look at the buildings. They’re really nice!! Very intricate and Gothic!
