La Jolla Playhouse
Great place to see plays!
The La Jolla Playhouse is actually made up of 3 theaters, so there’s always something to see! There are a lot of students productions, and also more famous ones. There’s an eclectic selection, with classics and a lot of new plays, and even stuff written and performed by UCSD students. The theaters are right on UCSD’s campus, so they’re easy to find, and really convenient if you’re a student! There are farily inexpensive season tickets if you really like plays, too. & the chairs are quite comfy!
