Regents Pizzeria
SUCH good pizza!
The restaurant itself isn’t anything special- not cozy at all, and rather small. But the Chicago-style pizza…. oh my goodness! It’s SO GOOD! It has the crust, then the cheese, then some more cheese, and then a bit more cheese, and then another crust, then the tomato sauce. Lots of cheese! Not the best diet food, but the good part is it’s impossible to eat more than two slices, because they’re so thick and filling! But I’m sure they probably have about as much fat as you’re supposed to eat in three days! Haha! But it’s so good! It’s right near the UCSD campus in La Jolla, so it’s pretty popular with students.
