Tate Britain
Fabulous!
I actually liked the Tate much better than the Tate Modern- I thought their modern collection was much better! On the steps outside, you could just see where the famous London grafiti
artist had spray-painted “Mind the crap,” but that was at least two years ago, so I’m sure it’s worn away now! I think the museum is really dynamic and a great collection of art. The gift shop wasn’t too shabby, either- that’s where I found the Banksy book that showed a picture of the step, so I knew to get down and look when I left!
(& I’d love a private tour like the retirees took! I have to check into that!!)
