Lilletorget
The Little Square
Lillatorget means "The Little Square" in Swedish. This square is right next to Stortorget, The Big Square. You can guess which one is the largest! There is a small outdoor ice skating rink in the square in the winter, but it is usually quite crowded with kids, especially on the weekends. There are heaps of restaurants in and around Lillatorget- Indian, Traditional Swedish, and lots of small lunch places in Saluhallen. It's right off the main pedestrian shopping street, too. Sometimes they have temporary sculptures in the square, too. It's quite a lively place during the day, especially when it's nice weather.Reviewed on: February 23, 2007
