Butterfly Farm

Really fun!

This was a lot of fun. There are heaps of butterflies and some other insects in this place. It’s very small, but it was worth the trip. It was so much fun taking pictures of the butterflies. I wore a bright red shirt that the butterflies seemed to love, because they kept landing on me! There were also some lizards, turtles, and spiders, and other insects like beetles here. They had a few of the insects that blend into their surroundings, like leaf insects and sticks insects, which are fun to try and spot. There’s also a pretty fish pond in the middle, and you can buy fish food at the entrance to feed the koi (who seem pretty fat and happy!). After the insects, there is a display of “Asian Artifacts” like a little random museum, and then a store selling a bunch of souvenirs. It took about an hour, but I was taking tons of pictures. I’m sure children would love this place!
